This article will provide resources and key details on your migration to DISAScreen with I-9 &/or E-Verify products. As a highly regulated process we want to ensure you have an easy and smooth transition.

What to Expect When Migrating Your I-9 &/or E-Verify Workflow

Our goal is to make your transition as seamless as possible. We will migrate your account to mirror your current use of electronic I-9, E-Verify or both products together - please let us know if you need to make any adjustments. Below are some key points about your migration:

  • Historical E-Verify Case Results: the results for E-Verify cases ordered in the legacy system will remain in the legacy system. You will maintain view only permissions to those results, but we highly encourage you to download the reports to archive. The legacy platform will be sunset in 2025.
  • Historical I-9 Form Import: we do have the ability to import your historical electronic I-9's into the new I-9 & E-Verify Dashboard. Please reach out to screening.support@disa.com to begin this process. 
  • User Permission: we will default users to have full permissions for I-9 & E-Verify case management. Please reach out to screening.support@disa.com to make user permission changes.
