Ceridian - Migrating Your Integration

This informational page is designed to help with the details of transitioning your Ceridian integration from the legacy GHRR background screening platform to DISAScreen. Luckily, this process is simple.

As a part of your migration, we will automatically set up your DISAScreen account with your unique Ceridian Client Identifier before your migration date.

  • On your migration date, you will need to update your Background Check Integration partner under Settings (see guide). 
  • Once saved, send the new endpoint url to migration@ghrr.com. 
  • Once done, you are ready to begin ordering from Ceridian to DISAScreen!

Blackout Dates & Pending Reports: On your migration date you will enter a window of about 5-10 days in order to successfully transfer your integration. As outlined in the configuration guide, you will need to enable the DISAScreen integration and provide details back to us to complete the connection. This will mean that your legacy GHRR Integration pathway will be disabled. You will be granted access to your DISAScreen account to enter manual orders until the integration is fully executed on both ends. 

Pending reports submitted from Ceridian prior to the configuraiton update will complete in the legacy platform but will NOT update with status/results back to Ceridian. 

Ordering Background Checks: the steps for triggering/requesting an order from Ceridian to DISAScreen are almost identical to the steps you are used to from the legacy system. Please the Ceridian Integration End User Guide for details.  

Result Viewing from Ceridian: viewing results from Ceridian into DISAScreen are slightly different than the legacy integration. As is, DISAScreen will require user credentials to be entered when clicking the result link from Ceridian - this provides an additional level of security. Once logged into DISAScreen you can navigate the dashboard to see other completed results, or historical results without issue. If you would like to have a more seamless link between the systems to view the results, we can establish Single Sign On (SSO). Please note that establishing SSO will require engagement from an IT resource from your company with our Platform Support Team. Email migration@ghrr.com if you would like to explore an SSO option. 

  • Please Note: Historical result links in Ceridian will no longer direct to the legacy platform. Please log into your legacy GHRR platform to view any previously completed reports.
